Mini Cheesecakes Assorted Flavors Recipe

ID-10094717¾ Cup Box Yellow Cake Mix
2-3 TBS Butter melted
2 Pks 8 oz Cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
½ Cup Sugar
1 inch Baking Paper Cups
Cupcake Pan

Put paper cups into the cupcake pan. In a bowl, mix the cake mix and butter together and press into the bottom of the paper cups.
With a mixer blend well the cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Pour into cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and let cool.
You make each one have an individual flavor by adding Almond extract or another extract in place of the vanilla by dividing the batter and adding each flavor.
For the toppings, you can use any pie filling, chocolate sauce or fresh fruit.

Serves 12

**Graham Cracker Crumbs can be used instead of the yellow cake mix. Use 2/3 cup crumbs to 2 Tablespoons butter. **
